We offer fixed fees to ensure transparency and peace of mind for our clients. After an initial meeting to discuss your project and budget, we provide a detailed proposal or quote. Your approval is always sought before incurring any additional expenses. 

A dedicated senior team member will serve as your account manager. You can expect prompt responses to your phone calls and emails within a few hours or sooner. While our entire team remains attentive to your marketing needs, we recognise the importance of direct communication with a senior account manager. We are proactive in keeping you updated on the progress of your marketing.

Upon full payment of our fees, all designs, copywriting, logos, slogans, and other marketing materials produced become your exclusive property. We use images from libraries such as iStockPhotos, and while you have the right to use these images, copyright will be subject to their terms and conditions.
