K&G Automotive is a multi-award-winning European car service and repair centre that improves the reliability and performance of vehicles with genuine savings and customer care.

 

The Brief

The Sustainable Marketing Services team was engaged by K&G Automotive in March 2018 to improve their brand’s professionalism, online visibility and increase their sales.

The scope included a marketing plan, brand strategy, digital strategy, website update, marketing campaigns, content marketing, social media, advertising, and public relations.

  1. Brand Positioning: Differentiating K&G Automotive as having unique automotive craftsmanship and genuine customer care from a family business.
  2. Marketing Plan: Annual marketing planning targeting both consumer and commercial customers.
  3. Digital Strategy: Creating a digital strategy, web brief, managing website redesign, brand messages, web content and managing the build of the new website.
  4. Marketing Communications: Creating engaging content for the website, Google My Business, marketing campaigns, collateral and sales tools for commercial.
