The Equeva Group engaged the Sustainable Marketing Services team to improve the professionalism of their brand and increase bookings for their six properties in the Blue Mountains.

The scope included brand architecture strategy, strategic marketing planning, digital marketing, advertising and public relations, marketing communications, new websites and social media.

Marketing Activities at a Glance

  1. Strategic Brand Positioning: Differentiating both the Equeva Group and each of the six individual properties as unique Blue Mountains destinations.
  2. Strategic Marketing Plans: Preparing long-term strategic marketing plans and plans for specific opportunities such as Airbnb.
  3. Digital Strategy: Crafting an integrated digital strategy, including new websites and managing the creation of new websites.
  4. Advertising & Public Relations: Targeted promotions in Senior’s media to attract more mid-week bookings.
  5. Marketing Communications: Creating compelling custom content, including newsletters, guest experience communications, web copy, consumer brochures, B2B brochures and social media.
  6. Marketing Campaigns: Conduct integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns such as Easter Holidays, September holidays, Christmas in July and Christmas to attract more direct bookings.
  7. Digital channels: Optimising digital channels such as ATDW, Facebook, Instagram, My Business and Booking.com to drive more engagement and bookings.
